Description
Lookafter is a high-load platform that provides web hosting and business email services for companies. The service combines website hosting, domain-based email accounts, WordPress hosting, dedicated SMTP, and a web-based Virtual Office environment. Virtual Office provides access to webmail, an address book, a calendar, bookmarks, notes, and an administration panel. Administrators can manage users, groups, hosting settings, and access permissions. The project architecture is designed to support the stable concurrent operation of customer websites, email accounts, and internal services. Particular attention is given to security, access control, email deliverability, and infrastructure scalability.
Task
Companies need a unified infrastructure for hosting websites, operating business email, and managing users. Using multiple disconnected services makes administration more complex, increases operational costs, and complicates access and security management.
Solution
A unified high-load platform was developed to combine web hosting, business email, WordPress hosting, dedicated SMTP, and Virtual Office. The system includes secure authentication, user and group management, role-based access control, webmail, calendar tools, and administration features. The business email infrastructure supports IMAP, POP3, SMTP, email groups, and aliases. The dedicated SMTP service uses a dedicated IP address together with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to manage sender reputation and improve email deliverability.
